This. I want dark ranger customization horde side. Weâve been wanting this for a while and it makes sense that there are undead elves on the Horde. Youâve basically given the alliance practically everything of our race plus all the nifty voidy options and given us nothing to equalize things.

I never said the who or why or when they were named Blood Elves, I said nothing about them looks ANYTHING like what blood elves have looked like in game since they were released, for the last what, 12 years now? 13?
Ya weâve gotten fidelity updates before as technology improved, but this is just completely removing all their old appearance traits and replacing them with âhigh elfâ appearance options, which again makes me ask, how does this look like a blood elf at all anymore?
Youre response? Immediately triggered and you start trying to pull a gotcha on me by arguing semantics about the origins of the name âBlood Elvesâ

Finally, finally, finally. Both sides having access to all (normal) varieties of Thalassian Elf has been canon ever since that CDev about eye colors, and now weâre back at home in those RPG roots where lore finally triumphs. This is so amazing for roleplayers of either faction.
I do wonder if Void Elves will be getting some fairer hair colors, but thatâs so small in the face of the amazing compromise made here for players today. Thank you again Blizzard. This feels like a fantastic return to form for a pro-player Blizzard.

You somehow managed to give both sides what they want while still not siding with either group. Neither will be 100% happy with the implementation but the worst of the controversy and spam can stop now.

If they add some more hair colors and options I might just resub in spite of everything. 
So, why only an Alliance Allied race earns new customization even though others also have itâs issues like the multiple clipping issues on Vulpera or the extremely limited options for Highmountain Tauren or the abomination that Nightborne PC are compared to NPCs?

This is true. Where are the Nightborne customizations? They are the race with some of THE worst customization. Why are velfs getting this and NB not getting more hair, skin, face options?

One question is are these natural skinned Void Elves still Blood Elf turncoats, or are they meant to be QuelâDorei who have joined up straight in from Alliance?
I could go for a really dark skin tone option. Like, black a pitch. Let me go full Drow with this guy.
Whatever you or I, or Bob over there wants I guess. The whole idea behind the new starting experience is that you can be whatever you want.

Remember Orcs got a straight back option-- which in fact I think youâll find is much more work to do than add in textures that in fact already exist.
Thatâs not to say that I wouldnât welcome new options for all Allied Races.
