When Kael’thas named themselves Bloodelves they weren’t even Fel tainted yet, they simply renamed themselves in honour of their fallen kingdom.

Mostly I want Murlocs because they’re the most awesome thing in Warcraft in my opinion. Plus, with DEHTA reaching out to the tribes, there’s some pretty out there stuff we can do in terms of Murloc RP and/or storylines. I don’t really care which faction gets them. I…really just want to play a Murloc and mrrgl all day

What is in a name? Why are you called Gimison? The answer i’d guess is because that’s what you called yourself, it’s the same with blood elves, that’s what they called themselves.

How about Darkspear Trolls that will soon be Sand variety?
‘Blood’ ‘Void’ and ‘High’ are not racial features (because they are the same race, which is a fact repeated millions of times on these forums) they are faction identities. Yes, Blood Elves had green eyes exclusively for a good while, and Void Elves are purple-- but that’s a result of corruption not their natural states.
