New Customization Options for Blood Elves and Void Elves

For all we know, some of those High Elves in Legion have since converted to the Void.

My point is still valid though. The Silver Covenant has been MIA since 7.1. Meanwhile the Void Elves have been active since 8.0. Sorry, but High Elves have been replaced with Void Elves for the story.

One of the most popular allied races by far was a terrible idea?

I don’t have a problem with SOME High Elf void users but it should have never been the theme of the entire race. It’s too niche a theme to encompass an entire race imo. They should have been a subgroup of the overall High Elf player race. Most races ingame have subgroups and there’s no reason High Elves couldn’t either.

Are they popular because they’re Void Elves or are they popular because they’re currently the closest thing an Alliance player has to High Elves?

No, we don’t know, because that story was never told.

Look at the OP of the thread we are in. Blizzard does not agree with you.

Perhaps both.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Blizzard searched their database and found out that a large majority of players cling to the reddest void elf skins and no-tendril hairstyles.

Blizzard only agree with when good stuffs goes to horde, no secret thats devs are horde lovers

Excuse me? ALL races are getting expanded customization options. The Void Elf changes are simply what made the most sense.

Strange, you defended for two years that normal skins wouldn’t make sense.

So what? The skin and hair is only part of what defines them.

So what?

You know Blizzard is caving because of our requests, but can’t admit it even when it’s plainly obvious.

I always said I would be ok with normal skins as long as Entropic Embrace was kept. I wasn’t demanding they be made available, but I was open to the idea.

More like Blizzard took the easy way out of copy pasting Blood Elf skin and hair so they wouldn’t have to develop new void skin and hair.

It’s laughable how you’ve always stuck to this idea that because Void Elves are played pretty often on the Alliance that they’re a popular addition in general.

They’re a popular addition because of their skeleton and for the simple fact that they’re the ham-fisted, High Elf substitute.

Plain and simple, they literally have 0 other qualities that could be defended that make them popular other than their Void Niche and their Thalassian model.

Yes, lets ignore they have some of the best caster racials in the game.

Being the most played Allied Race means it’s Popular. SMH.

Wow. You really can’t admit that it was because of our request.

Because of…?

Not their lore, that’s for sure. Or their skin, as this thread proves.

The reason for their popularity doesn’t matter only the fact that they are popular.

Sorry, I think you’re speaking from a Classic WoW sense, because spell pushback has not mattered in awhile.

Do you not understand the concept of popular in general?

Yes, they’re popular, for model reasons only and for being the blatant substitute to the most requested group in-game in High Elves.

Can’t believe you didn’t get any likes for this

They’ve discovered the one weird fact that Blizzard doesn’t want us to know. They know what’s really going on, and that’s that the thing that was a good chunk of what they wanted but not completely MUST be hated by the players at large because they dodn’t like them!
