What in the are those new animations for warriors? Why was the jumping stomp for Warbreaker replaced with a Whirlwind animation? Why are there ghost weapons dropping around the target(s) now?
It looks horrible, who asked for this?

Agreed.
Those animations make no sense.
Wasn’t me, I just asked for housing
On the bright side it seems like almost nobody likes them, so there’s hope for them to revert.
It seems a bit much. The initial icon is fine. It gets the message across. The rest is over the top.
The weapons crashing down look terrible
So, CS basically has a shockwave effect after using it, weird but okay
Warbreaker being a blue trailed whirlwind I think… Looks kinda cool?
The ghostly visuals look silly so idk what Blizzard was thinking on this one, it feels like the visual is out of sync with the attack. Wish they’d update Rogue’s animation instead.
I’m content with the current visuals so Blizzard imo is fixing what isn’t broken.
These are not good animations…
I’m different then. I like them
Actually pretty bad, why do warriors have magical ghost weapons?
Their entire thing was their own strength being enough to fight gods
What was wrong with the original animations that called for them to be replaced? x_x
Why is there such a great delay between the cast of the spell and the graphic effect?
I actually like it. i dont play arms anymore but those look mighty fine
I play Arms and don’t like the new animations.
Not even warrior is safe from being a weapons summoner anymore.
My Paladin nightmare is spreading
The problem is they don’t fit the feel of the warrior to summon Phantom weapons. That kind of thing is fine for a DK or a Paladin but warrior is all about the powerful hits, the meaty crunch, just all the power comes from the raw strengh of the character.
I suggested using the Warriors destroy a quest item animation and add the shield breaking and a bit of a ground break effect. That would feel more with what you expect a warrior to use.
Legit looks like one of those f2p mobile games. The animations make no sense.
So they turn Thunder Clap from a cool sparky slam to a dumb dustcloud, but add this garbage visual clutter. Yeah. That tracks. BlizzLogic.
i dont think you understand blizzard. unless it gets a huge megathread they wont care.
Yeah. We’ll see, I guess. Worse comes to worse I’ll finally try Fury.
