It would be nice to get a high fidelity Alliance cinematic featuring someone other than Anduin and Genn being a good boi sidekick. We still have not seen the alliance reaction to Anduin releasing Saurfang for example. Tyrande and co. should be infuriatedā¦ A lot of the alliance should beā¦ yet I bet it will just be glossed over.

I swear I remember Blizzard saying at some point that the Alliance would be dealing with the fact that Anduin released Saurfang. Something about no one knowing how he escaped at all until a Horde hero tells them what happened.

She already wants to kill Horde. The purpose of most of these cinematics is to convince Horde players to also want to kill Horde.
Edit: Iām reminded of the classic Simpsons episode where Bart and Lisa consider whether they prefer Homerās half-assed over parenting, or his half-assed under parenting.
Right now, the Alliance is getting the half-assed under parenting, and the Horde is getting the half-assed over parenting.

Who has more cinematic at this point Saurfang or Jaina?
Saurfang has more cinematics. Jaina has more appearances in content.
But FFS, Blizzard really needed to make one about Tyrande and the kaldorei. Once again they advance the Horde story at the expense of the Alliance and let the Alliance stagnate.

Jaina has more in quantity, but Saurfang has more in quality (at least, in terms of production value, if not actual content).
Saurfang has the million dollars cinematics.

Maybe Saurfang will call out Thrallās terrible, laughably bad rational for successors and shoving Garrosh into an impossible role that neither Garrosh nor Thrallās advisers wanted.
Maybe Saurfang will call out Thrall and force the former Warchief to confront the reality that countless death, preventable conflicts, etc can be directly traced back to Thrallās refusal to appoint Cairne or Volājin as successor during Cata, and force Thrall to confront the travesty that is the Horde he revived back in the 3rd War.
Or maybe the two orcs will have a grating discussion of how Sylvanas is the source of all of the Hordeās problems, not a symptom, and Thrall will symbolically pass the mantle of responsibility of the Horde to Saurfang, as the later becomes the new designated Good Orc which Metzen doesnāt have to voice in the future.

The 3rd cinematic about Sadfang being the sad loser he is. Meanwhile, nothing about the Night Elves who were the victims of Teldrassil. Nothing about Sylvanas to show the other side of the Hordeās prospective.

I honestly donāt care what Saurfang and Goāel have to say. I truly donāt. I canāt imagine how anyone could be excited for this cinematic. Itās going to be the same old, āSylvanas is without honor. Sheās ruining the Horde!ā crap weāve gotten for nearly a year now. This really is MoP all over again: Horde narrative drives the story, Alliance reacts to it on the side. Why do I even play on this boring, irrelevant faction? I should just bite the bullet and faction change to a Zandalari.
