I noticed the other day when toes loot got added to the cele vendor that the mount bag now shows with ATT the Celestial Ox, Tiger and Serpent being drops from the bags, I have the celestial crane already, so I guess these new ones are now added as well?

I want a way to earn wow loot card items. Over the years on retail Blizzard has added ways for players to get some of those items an mounts again but for classic, nothing.
Literally no one is dropping 15 grand on a spectral tiger loot card for wow classic.
i got the ox mount from 1 bag couple days ago, so probably all others can drop from bags now.
we already have some mounts in classic that never existed in original so at this point blizzard should just allow classic players to use their retail mount if both classic and retail on the same wow account.
I did get a celestial serpent from an august shard bag this past week! I’ve also gotten a Golden water strider and a jade crane pet. I’m hoping to find more!! 
Keep an eye on the Black Market Auction House. It occasionally offers TCG items. Be prepared to bid big on them. Rocket mount, for example, recently went for around 1 million.

Been opening bags on my alts to get them lesser charms and ive seen no mounts since I got all of the original set. I dont think the new ones are in yet since ive opened 50+ bags with nothing after getting the Crane last.
