So Ive been trying to get exalted with in WSG. So there we some premades before the AV change which was fine. Take the loss and move on. Now though, its all horde premades and playing the game is actually miserable. Most alliance games are just sitting in the graveyard waiting for the match to end to get a token. It’s actually pretty stupid.

Pug vs Premade is pretty miserable, isn’t it? Now imagine if your faction couldn’t form their own premade at all.

I agree with you OP…Casual pvp is dead imo. I don’t like getting in into discord for raids, let alone to just chill and wsg…av is a Zerg fest/pve…and world pvp is meh at best.

If you solo in PvP as Alliance, you’re gonna have a bad time. Join a premade WSG discord and join one of those random groups to have better success is my only advice.
Legit question: Are there cross server WSG discords? Seems like a lot of hoops to jump through to not be guaranteed a good team comp.
That seems kinda pointless. But I wouldn’t be surprised.
Might as well just use the in-game voice chat, same result with less steps.

So many Sunday threads on non-Sundays nowadays.
Meanwhile Horde are entering AV saying don’t join WSG they are nothing but Alliance premades, full Marshall groups with legendaries. So its both factions dealing with the premades … only thing is … the horde don’t need wsg premades to still level and rank, esp on low pop realms … our gains were never huge due to the premades… all is good in majority of hordes world … Xrealms really screwed over the Alliance !

Getting smeared by a premade while your in a pug is the definition of casual pvp in this game.
If you pvp with the goal of honor per hour, you arent casual, if you are actively trying to rank, you arent casual.

My experience is the exact opposite as you. I get 90% alliance premades and 10% pugs. WSG is like pulling teeth.
I get you may not like discord, but i do have to ask.
Do you actively communicate and coordinate in a BG?
Or do you just kind of do your own thing?
If it is the latter, yes your BG experience is going to be kind of doomed to misery if you face even a PUG that uses any kind of comms at all.
You kind of can’t just chill, in a competition battleground, and expect much return out of it.
That is not their design.
