Hello,
I recently transferred my character to Wyrmrest Accord for RP but I have not had any luck so far. I haven’t run into any in public and I haven’t gotten any replies to requests sent to guilds and communities in-game. If there is anyone interested in RP’ing with a human paladin or able to help set me up with peope who do, please let me know.

The Valley of Honor is a great place to RP if you can stealth.
If you come join the Events Discord you can find a lot of events to attend. Events are a good way to get your feet wet and meet new people.

As Braedyn said: events are where to look for contacts. My personal POV is that “events are the new hubs”.
Big events such as market nights and festivals offer diversity of both individual characters and groups/guilds. Smaller events such as weekly get-togethers at taverns or restaurants give you the chance to do what I think of as “pre-arranged walkups.” At most all events there are people happy to help you make connections ooc - so be brave enough to whisper as well as walkup IC.
It’s worth noting that on WrA neutral/non-aligned characters, groups and events are an important part of the community (both IC & OOC). So even if you are looking for Alliance RP in the long run, be sure to check out the N events and the Horde events which are open to all as well.

That is probably not enough info to find a good match. There are characters that only want to interact with a select few of the various sorts of
Azerothians, and those looking to explore the whole world (socially as well as geographically). Dark RP or light? Military guild or … ?
Same goes for some of the ooc considerations. What kind of guild events are you looking for? Any special type of socializing or rl group? For example: we’ve got guilds of people in the same age range because that’s who they are most comfortable interacting with. Guilds vary widely in how constrictive their interpretation of lore is. etc etc etc
On and on.
If you let people know what you are looking for you’re a lot more likely to get it.
