Gonna say all this will do is make people afk in solo shuffle and blitz tho i did 4 shuffles this morning on beta and every shuffle had 1 or 3 people just afk and let them selves die so they didnt have to leave for deserter so yeah expect that to be the new thing

My prediction as well, we’ll just see people “having a bad day” or “not playing my best” instead of leaving - the net effect of which is basically the same; the losing team will still be “down” by 1 player and have almost no chance of recovering/winning

ELE & REST shaman should be out of melee range so melee wont even happen.
It was an issue. For a very long time.

well i still have Flametounge weapon on my ELE shaman… lol like id ever be close enough to use it…
I tried for a while to make some MSW build work on Ele but there’s just no feasible way to get it rolling.

Make the desserter debuff account wide AND pause while logged off and maybe you’ll have something.
This applies for all rated and you can just get account bans if you drop too much.

While I understand the necessity I don’t think it’s very good, specially with pre mades being so rampant
Let’s add this to PvE across all forms of it. Dungeons, Raids, Timewalking, M+, We can make the game really fun by adding it in all forms of content

Please apply this to unrated deserter as well. Too many people AFK bg after the first team fight and go fish for a win on an alt.
They drag a poor soul in to replace them.
Yeah, that’s another bad idea just like extending it to M+
No one wants to be trapped in a losing BG at the hands of a premade (mostly found in unrated PvP) that’s farming kills “or else” they get account penalties
Likewise, no one should feel “trapped” in a 2 hour wipefest M+ run because the teammates are bad
What about the person that has to backfill?
