New account banned with no reason given

Another update. So after waiting for days the ticket is closed and the GM said to make a ticket on the banned account. However, the battlenet is closed and I cannot login to make a ticket for the account… What do I do?

I don’t have the ability to reopen the ticket. Only option is to take a survey.

From what I can see, Asfihfwirhwr (is that name Welsh? O.o)… you put in a ticket on the 4th, ticket US97164199. That one the Game Master was able to escalate for further review.

The process unfortunately takes several days, but they’ll reach out to you as soon as they hear back. Since you mentioned this was a newer account, my guess is that there were some issues with potential fraud which caused it.

So sorry for the inconvenience this has caused but hopefully we can get it straightened out quickly.

I really hope so and appreciate your response. I resubmitted another ticket on this account reiterating that I cannot log into the said battlenet account.

edit: Is there an official way to submit tickets for battlenets that are closed?

Apeal on a second account and reference the banned acount.

I’ve already done this. The GM said to login to the banned account (which I cannot login to) and make another ticket. Looks like it’s going be another 6 days I guess.

There really isn’t a need for a newer ticket, actually. As Vrak said, they have escalated the issue to a higher tier. They always close out your ticket when they do it, because by their metric, the issue has been addressed due to it being escalated. There isn’t a ticket queue per se for that escalation level. You’ll hear back from them as soon as they’ve come to some conclusion.

Edit: Nevermind, tried logging into the account and everything seems to be good. No idea what happened. Hopefully it doesn’t get closed again! Thank you to everyone for the help!

For anyone coming here the tickets arent automated template yes automated no. If u see a ticket taking more then 1 or 2 days thats the oldest ticket in que. Unless you apeal the next penalty will be longer if the ban is upheld.

I sent my ticket about ban. I didn’t anything wrong. I bought gold from blizzard store to pay for runs is legal.

It’d probably a good idea not to jump into different threads about your issue. As long as you have an appeal in, all you can do is wait. The forums ain’t able to help in this regard as the blues here have no power or can push an appeal ahead of others.
