New Account AH/Trade Restrictions

I’ve tried googling this and I haven’t been able to find the answer, so I’m hoping the regulars here might have some insight.

I am considering adding an EU license to play hardcore with a friend. Would my EU account have the AH/trade restrictions to start since it’s a different region?

I’m thinking it would be restricted; but I’d like to know for sure.

You might need to make a eu lisence and ask on the eu forums. There policies can differ from us realms

It is restricted. I’ve seen an EU license player who had an active US license attempting to play but discovered they got restrictions.

Also you will not be able to buy tokens to get gold due to regional restrictions
