I honestly have zero clue as to why PvErs have such an issue with the WoD gearing system, it’s beyond me.
Because not everyone is there for week 1 when most people are on the same level. The first weeks are the best weeks, and yet we only get like 2-4 “good”, relatively evenly geared weeks.
What about alts? What about people who took breaks? What about people whos first time in pvp happens mid way through the season? There has to be more than a few weeks to make a pvp season good =/
If people still aren’t understanding why 9.1’s PvP gearing is bad, go check out the link above.
Kekw ur post aged well
Just remove the rating system and that solves everything. Think gearing will be too easy? Then double the amount of Honor/Conquest it takes. The grind isn’t the problem, it’s the rating system.
Indeed, like fine wine.
Reimplementing PvP ilvl while simultaneously keeping 25+ ilvl gear gaps in PvP has to take the cake for brain dead decision making. That’s literally the most redeeming feature of having a PvP ilvl; it can be used to make PvP accessible and equal without bleeding over into PvE.
