So I bought the diablo 4 vessel of hated, downloaded it, played it. All before January 7th. I never got my promotional items and instead of giving the promotional items blizzard just refunded my purchase and then told me I’m not eligible for the promotional items. I thinks it’s absolute bull crap they did this. I will be canceling my wow subscription because of this. Thank you for for screwing me blizzard.
You might wanna check gen discussion and support section, not KT realm. Yeah I was sorta in the same situation here. All before Jan 7th but not 10am pst. Yup that is their cutoff for promotion. I logged into game like 30min after that and they told me I was not eligible for that. Blizzard thinks the term ‘by a date’ means 10am pst for some reasons and it was stupid. Refunded my game too. Sadly the 10am pst was on their promotional page for the D4 DLC thing, given they didnt secretly add that later.
