so its been about 3 days since I purchased the new expansion, but for some reason I never received my character boost on my account. I have tried every solution that you guys have given to no avail. Not sure what else to do except create a forum post to notify blizzard that I got shafted.
So you do not see it at the very top of your character screen on the right side?

Question: Did you purchase the expansion for an account that didn’t have The War Within or did you upgrade the versions?
If you didn’t upgrade the versions of the expansion, and you still haven’t received the character boost, then next best option would be to submit a ticket under purchase failure
EDIT: Oh, you found it.
I wouldn’t call you dumb. It is just in an area not always noticeable to be seen.
