Never received ice Murlock code

I recently purchased the Ice Murlock toy from the store that was supposed to come with a code to get the same as a pet in game, but I never got the code. I tried using the chat service to get it resolved, but that was a couple of weeks ago and they never got back to me.

I checked in game, and I didn’t have the pet there either, so it wasn’t auto-applied. I’m out of ideas on how to resolve this. Any help would be appreciated.

Just to make sure, you did check your associated email and any spam folders to make sure it wasn’t hidden in your email from you right?

Additionally, Canada and Mexico are excluded from receiving the pet (not sure why…but it’s in the disclaimer…at least that’s how I read it), so just checking to see if that might be the cause.

Thank you for the response. Yeah, I checked my email extensively. I’m a US citizen, and I live in the states. I received the physical toy, so I know the order was successful.

And your battle.net account was made with a US address in the NA region originally right? I know that seems super specific, but I think that might be the restriction. So if you made your battle.net account in a different country originally, it might not qualify. I’m just trying to troubleshoot though…so it’s not necessarily what the issue might be.

Yes, I’ve only ever been out of the us for business and leisure. Never lived outside the US. And I received the order confirmation and shipping notification emails without issue.

I made the mistake of placing my order for the Ice Murloc using my regular email and not the email associated with my Bnet. I’m not sure if it matters what email you use, but when I hadn’t received the code in over a week, I sent an email to the Blizzard store explaining the situation, referenced my order number, and they sent me the code within a day or so.

If you go to the Blizzard store site, scroll to the bottom and click on Contact Us, you’ll find the email address.

I’ll give that a try.

This is exactly what happened to me, as well. And yes, the Blizz Gear Store support is who needs to solve this.
