They mention other universes and stuff. Especially in Sun/moon. And like worlds where mega evolution doesn’t exist. Some of the characters even travel different dimensions. It’s whacky but its fun. Pokemon is like this futuristic utopia tech way past what we got.

I used to like the pvp in that game. Fun mechanics, chill game modes etc. The stories are always a little crazy and fun but that’s what most jrpgs do.
