Last month (mid-October) I bought a bag of Trolli gummy worms (the specially marked ones with Thrall on the package), I took a photo of the receipt and submitted it on the site. I never received a response with my code, I still have a photo of the receipt.
Did I somehow miss the deadline? The only other thing I think that could have possibly caused the issue was that I had also bought a Monster Ultraviolet with my gummy worms, so that was on the receipt too. I still have the receipt photo saved.
Have you contacted them via email? They helped me when some of mine were delayed.

When you submitted, it should have sent 2 emails. One acknowledging receipt, then the second with the code to claim, or denial of submission. Did you check your email address to make sure it was entered correctly, and also your junk or spam box?

You may receive a duplicate submission rejection if you were successful in submitting the receipt the first time, that is what happened to me. I emailed them and they were pretty responsive though, I got my code within 24 hours.
