This may seem comical BUT… is my account broken or something? What are the odds I run Nerub-ar Palace LFR / Nerub-ar Palace Full Normal Raid and 8 or more Mythic Dungeons and not get a single piece of loot?

Probably not unfathomable that you may not get loot from any boss, not very lucky, but not unexpected. It depends only how many items drop from a boss, in LFR, usually 3 or 4, with 25 people competing, most likely still getting upgrades and able to roll need on everything.
It really is not something CS can help with though.

No, your account isn’t broken, there is no stealth debuff that prevents you from getting loot.
It happens more often than you think. People get a streak of bad luck and no loot, just like they go on a streak of good luck and get a piece nearly every run.
