Neutral AH?

So I just discovered that this is a thing. Dont know how I never knew about it

Anyways I was wondering how often people use it? Is it worth selling stuff there compared to your faction AH?

Higher post tax, is normally only used for transferring mats to horde alts or the other way around on servers. I would just stick to the same faction AH

The only time it’s really used is to sell stranglethorn quest items or if you want to reroll to a different faction and send over some gold. Really there’s no use to using it, as someone mentioned above the tax is crazy high so you aren’t going to make any money using it

It is also useful to sell items easier to obtain/only obtained by that faction.

AKA Faction pets, Savory Deviate Delights, Black Tabby Cat, etc.

It’s 30% vs 5% for using the Neutral AH vs your faction.

Not worth it really to try and sell something.

Listing price is also super high, so if it doesn’t sell, you’re out gold.

That tax price is highway robbery, Jesus Christ.

Ya. At some point they cut it in half, to 15%. Wrath maybe? Bit more manageable.

its a good place to sell alliance only cooking recipes, since that is the only way horde can get them (vice versa if youre horde, selling to alliance). It also is a great place to sell stranglethorn pages since the AH is right in booty bay and both factions can use it.

Its ran by goblins what do you expect ?
