The conduit Nether Precision has some serious issues. Last night whilst running halls of atonement I realized that if i precast arcane missiles on a clear cast while casting arcane blast, then Nether Precision would only grant me one buff of 7% extra damage on my arcane blast rather than 2. And now today as I’m doing World Quests Nether Precision isn’t granting me any arcane blast buffs at all. Please fix this as soon as possible, thanks Blizzard love your game :))

Noticed this as well just now. Was working last night in Mythics, now when I logged in nothing.
Tried changing conduits, soulbinds, spec, talents, clear cache, everything. Nothing seems to be fixing this issue
