Nerf windwalker

Damage is way too high. Nerf it back within reason please Blizzard.

It’s seems onpar with other DPS classes, imo. I’ve seen locks burst a player down in seconds. Demon hunters eyebeam clean entire groups. It’s all ridiculous.

the damage breakdowns in this game feel so bizarre and wonky.

i did a few shuffles on my DH last night and i topped overall damage by miles yet it felt like i had absolutely zero killing power/burst at all.

most of the times i won a round it felt like the killing blow came out of nowhere from the other ww/mm/etc on my team.

more often than not i was like “holy crap what just happened”

im not sure if some1 taking 33% or more of their hp bar in a single global is very fun for healers.

It’s not. Then add dampening on top of it. Playing a healer on Shuffle is not typically enjoyable.

5 of my last 6 lobbies had a Windwalker holding W and kicking me into the sun. One of them had a Windwalker and a Brewmaster. Even the Brewmaster Rising sun kick me 232k non crit. It’s gross.

Hmm. If they were to nerf Windwalker I think it’d be better if they touched their durability and/or maybe turbo fists parry aspect. Damage is high but doesn’t seem…unreasonable?

I agree kennie. Probably just biased since my main comp is tsg, but parry fist feels so unfun to que into

Yulons grace needs another 50% nerf.

A lot of classes burst needs to be looked at, WW included. At least you can mess up their dmg a lot if you use CC on fists. The problem with nerfing either fists or RSK dmg on WW is there’s NOT really many other abilities they use that hit decently hard. Serenity + Blackout kicking reducing CD on RSK maybe could be looked at.

CDR mechanics in general actually. This is really a thing with blizzard lately, design class like trash so it’s totally 100% reliant on cds, give those cds mid length timers (1-3 min) then totally invalidate all that with CDR mechanics.

Instead of either dramatically cutting down the refresh of most cds, leaving damage nearly the same and making these 1-3 min cd’s 20-30s cds or leaving them @ 1-3 minutes and adjusting baseline damage to compensate.

Every damn expac since MOP they’ve painted themselves into this corner.

As for WW no turbo fists parry and RSK shouldn’t be getting cd reduced after 15 straight patches of buffs. This is also a design issue because the classes that stack Vers for damage do so inherently because all the other scaling is trash, which again goes right to the feet of the devs and poor spec design.

Remember when we weren’t supposed to stack stats? LOL idiots doing idiot things. (not vers in pvp obv)

The white line is a WW. Their peak damage is MUCH higher than every dps during burst on a far more consistent basis.

Did you watch the latest tournament? CDs from the WW were able to pull trinkets from multiple players on a single go. Their damage is stupid high.

ah yes, something wws dont really run and something that is bugged for mws to where it doesnt absorb damage. nerf pls

literally every ww in the last tournament ran it still

which was back then, on ladder it appears most comps have some form of heavy magic damage, now would u take a 5k shield that is broken to a dot or a 60% wall that could potentially save ur life? also not to mention again the talent is heavily bugged esp for mws where it isnt even absorbing damage.

WWs need actual utility buffs. If you nerf their damage down to like a Rogue or War’s dam, literally no one would take WW over those two that have much better utility and benefit to the group.

Ww just needs a severe rework, the class is really unfun considering u are stuck with 1 build and 1 build only. Being a pve parsebot is so lame. Bringing back some form of utility not just for defensive but also for offensive purposes would make ww more enjoyable
