Na, just remove CDR on defensives. I swear that literally takes outlaw out of the meta and with the changes you have (i think bladestorm one is sus) the game would feel extremely good.
I swear every time an sp or ww is low they have karma or disperse its insane
I think WW defensively is fine, SP is tanky but that’s due to things outside of disperse imo. Also, if you give a 33% increased cd on all defensives I may not be able to actually use Turtle in the arena ROFL.
SPs tier isn’t very good, before you call me bad friend the god kieted/bondust/ktyz/pokemans uses no tier and pumps. Actually though dropping 4pc for extra haste seems on par and simpler play especially into meele cleaves with a dispel god healer. I don’t think you’d notice much difference from the big dogs if shadow tier was nerfed. In my humblest opinion

Yeah and if you can’t keep VT up you’re trolling. People who can juke kicks this is a non issue. For people like me who are magnets to kicks the extra haste and slightly different build offers a better experience and more effective for myself
