Nerf Inferno dungeons please

It seems you’re a bit delusional again, and bad at math.
See everything in the reg Heroics die 2x as fast - EVERYTHING.
Are you telling me that your group of 385’s isn’t going to complete the same dungeons in 1/2 the time on Reg H? You see, literally every single class does more damage the less time things have to live, which means that Reg heroics (giving 1/2 the valor (120 per)) will quite effectively net you more valor per hour since you actually can’t do as much damage to bosses (that need to die to complete) in Infernos. Math.
So what you’re saying is, you’re guessing because you don’t do them, you just go pay for FL and get the best stuff. Also, if you’re 385 already (outside of buying all your gear like a little cheater) there isn’t much use for valor anymore since you can quite literally buy everything you can use from that vendor TWO WEEKS AGO. Now factor in two weeks ago, you had even less gear and so did your “group” ( I really hope you’re talking about a group of people that is in the guild you were kicked from, that would make your story sweeter).

Add the flame rings from FL flying boss into inferno dungeons so people can get haste if they pick it up and casting while moving.

Requires doing a mechanic but can massively improve dps.

Considering the dungeons are not designed for flight, i dont think this would work.

It would also make ridiculous speed run strats. For example if they limited only one person to fly, it could still be taken heavy advantage of for skipping trash by doing a healer flying, rest of group death run to spot A, get mass rezzed, and skip multiple trash pulls this way. Which is not good design.

But they could make enemies that die drop a feather that restores 10% of max mana, refreshes fire ring buff, + the fire rings spawn every 5 seconds or so in combat, which could reduce downtime with the mana return to almost nothing even for an undergeared group of mana users, gives the haste buff through fire rings, and the dungeon is now much more interactive, fun, and has less downtime.

They should have added some mechanic. 100% hp is the laziest crap ever.

i think they didnt want to add much bc cata already has a bit of mechs to it.
i guess their plan was to make it akin to og cata release difficulty and the only
thing difficult abt it is staying awake from the sheer boredom lmao.

That’s generous, I think it’s far more likely that they just took the easy road. Thinking of “affixes” and implementing them is hard.

Idk, I’d still take the wrath affixes over 100% hp… It’s annoying and is just time gating at it’s finest.

Yes. It’s end game content. Of course you have to pay some attention lol. I don’t know why so much of the player-base is so hyper focused on making this game easier in almost every regard. End game stuff is supposed to be hard. If you don’t like it, don’t do it. It’s generally there for the players wanting to push and have a challenge. I don’t want Farmville, I want this to be WoW :smiley:

I think the long dungeons (like stupid dead mines) should get some kind of nerf. Very few like dead mines even on heroic.

Giving everything in there 100% increased health doesn’t create challenge, it’s artificial time-gating. It’s almost like you’re Burning’s cousin…

There’s no reason for that 100% increased HP to be there. Blizz devs : “twice as long… Yeah but why? Because it is.”
It made sense in the HoL HoS dungeons in wrath, because you had another mechanic that combats this - entirely negating it if you play well.

Like you? Who buys gold and then buys your way to items from Heroic Firelands that you obviously can’t do yourself? Cool, good talk.

A simple solution could be an enrage timer on the bosses.

Edit:

(50% more HP on all mobs and bosses)
100% more boss damge
50% faster boss attack speed
30% fast boss ability CD
Maybe a 10% chance for the boss to mortal wound strike, curse, or poison the group (healer nightmare!!!).

Something like that instead of 100% hp would work better. I’d run nothing but inferno for that. That presents a challenge and fun to boot.
