Nerf hunter

Getting hit for over 600k crit, and dying from two hits is ridiculous.

WHY WOULD YOU BUFF HUNTERS? :unamused:

How are you dying from two hits?

I dont think 2 hits but for some, they take the initial sniper for a God like amount of damage and then absorb the rapid fire followed by a double kill shot. It may not be 2 shots but its a fight that last only a few seconds from 60 yards away.

It simply isn’t fair imo. Mind you, if a hunter attacks me, I just up my shield and chase the little Bstrds and deal with them…Lock Style.

Locks are one of the best at dealing with MM, rogues handle MM they way they do anyone else, good damage and lots of CC and locks fear is super effective.

My slow priest is terrible in blitz or Rbgs against warlocks due to port I can’t get out of the purple goo on the ground and I end up underneath the windmill at waterworks or outside the walls of market. On my
Monk or dragon I just roll or flap out of it easy but my priest is agonizingly slow

I bothered to check details just one time on a recent game when I was on my disc priest and one rapid fire did about 700-720k damage.

Yeah its insane! There’s no getting out of it when everything is on cool down too. So you just die before you can even blink an eye lol.

yeah and i mean i think thats the thing. it takes no skill to generate that kind of damage/kill power in a bg. you can access that level of dps via stealth and range. its ludicris that blizz doesnt see that.

And Locks are looking quite powerful and fun to play in TWW. Can’t wait to get Beta access and actually decide a main, and some alts. DK specs looking great, Mages and WW too. So many interesting changes for classes that are not Hunter.

Hunters are fine.

Being able to run down a druid who has 195% speed while shooting him at 50+ yards with snares and repeated rapid fire attacks hitting for 90k to 140k per tick depending on crits is the only way to make hunters viable.

And that 30% boost to speed when they don’t attack for 2 or 3 seconds was definitely needed to finish someone off who might have got a bit out of range.

Account runs out in 11 days until i see those hotfixes to hunters.

Let’s not base anything off of early alpha numbers. Specs are going to get tuned up or down as it progresses.

Read the comment I was responding to before commenting.

Of course alpha, then beta, then PTR, then live… tuning is always pending and possible. Just going by what tool tips say in the new talent changes, spec, class, and hero talents have me eager to check it out when I can for several specs.

Yeah I just gotta shake my head at the extreme negligence of blizz when it comes to MM game play. Any other class would have been neutered by now
