Bring others up to par? You had the choice to go Engi, you chose not to. So because you chose not to go Engi that means they need to nerf you for a decision you made? Infact, you could till drop another profession and pick up engi, and you’re choosing not to.
Am I reading this correctly, is that actually what’s happening here? Or am I confused?

Others are arguably on par with Engineering…
No others are not even close to Eng for raid value for basicly every role. Most others are close to your 2nd best but Eng value is significant vs any others if you feel otherwise it’s since your not using Eng to it’s full value.
It’s not vastly better for dps just convenience.
Never said it was vastly better for dps.
It’s better for dps while having additional things on top. Such as target dummy’s that can save you from dieing. And stuns able to do the same.
As such what I said is quite true. No other proff is close for any role.

You are the biggest clown on the forums lmao. Engi is absolutely way better for dps. Haste CD on gloves cloak Enchant and Grenades + sappers which are not on GCD. This does not even factor in dps gained from using rocket boots properly. Tell us you know nothing about the game without telling us you know nothing about the game.

Engi is the highest dps profession hands down and if you are too stupid to understand that it cannot be helped. Should Engi be nerfed? I would say no probably rescale other profs if anything.

You are clueless lol JC is actually the same as most of the OTHER profs but offers Gem flexibility. Dmg gained from Engi far exceeds all other profs. 1 min CD on glove haste + bombs/sappers blows everything out of the water.

How can you be dumb enough to think Engi is not the best prof for dps by a mile lmao. The glove enchant alone when broken down is 68 static haste which is already more raw stats than the other profs then add in 1 min cd on 1.5k aoe dmg bomb or sapper. Any mechanics you need to move out of rocket boots net dps increase dont forget cloak enchant or the other utility the prof brings. The question of professions is always about what 2nd profession do I want to go with my engi.

JC adds more raw stats which are permanent and on your character 24/7. I guess you don’t understand procs are temporary.

I leveled engi on this guy and it’s fantastic. The bombs were always great for me snapping a bit of extra threat for leveling in dungeons.
I will say, the utility of eng is superior to other professions. And while it’s like “yeah engi is strong”… It feels fine. While it feels stronger than the others, I don’t think it needs to be nerfed, it’s not game breaking, and you can always plan to get it on any character along with your preferred crafting profession.
If you got the mats, the goggles are phenomenal at 62 and 72 as well.
