i feel like this wouldnt be hard at all. simply remove bear form and make it a spec into ability. i dont see why u have to spec into boomkin and tree form yet every druid gets tank form? this should be moved to feral spec tree. its extremely broken to have resto druid in full pvp gear and go bear form and be just a tank jumps out and instantly fully heals its self back into bear form. maybe its just me but it seems pretty broken with an easy fix. make bear form ability you have to spec into

Bear form has existed forever, that’s why it’s important to stun them out of form when they shift out to heal.
Or you can coordinate hibernate/poly at the same time, either way they shift, eating CC

You seem to be in the wrong forum. This is for crusade, not retail.
Edit: Didn’t take long for him to hurl insults and earn a slot on the block list. Calls other people dumb but he’s the one asking for balance changes in a place it doesn’t belong. 
actually i just dont see why resto druids in pvp gear are just as tanky as a druid who specs into feral for extra tank buffs. if seems like a hot mess that a resto druid can change form and all the sudden have over 11k life and 10k armor. seems weird/broken to me.
