Yeah I’ve only really played consistently ret, hunter, and feral. I’m currently playing the best of those options I guess. I prefer MM/BM. Maybe I’ll pick it back up next expansion. I dunno, if ret isn’t more fun to play then 8.2 I’ll just unsubscribe.
I don’t know if all self healing makes sense and I’m mainly talking about casted heals. I played a game yesterday as ele/mage into rogue/mage. Out of the 4 dps, two mages and a rogue, I did the least amount of healing even though I was able to cast about 10 off heals during the duration of the match.
I told my friend I bet him 20$ he could go out in arena with me butt naked and type /dance and still the enemy would come for me… enh shaman… had a free lunch that am. Is embarrassing honestly. I can’t cap arena any more. Never happened to me before. I was able to cap with winter grasp call to arms, both weekly call to arms and a few daily epic bg wins. You know how discouraging that feels?
Right. So even IF I get to you with disengage, traps, speed, traps, blah blah blah…I can’t have some self healing in the event I get to you.
The reason melee has self heals are because we actually have to go IN and fight. Meanwhile every other class that is pvping now is just hiding behind a tree popping shots.
Paladins - zero mobility (a high CD speed boost doesn’t count)
DK’s - zero mobility
Warriors - they can leap once.
Heals are fine. Need tuning on stuns.
A speed boost absolutely does count, especially when you can pop wings and kill someone in a hoj from full health.

Reduce Healers dps
Reduce Tanks dps / healing but up armor / mitigation / utility
Its really weird, after dedicated healers im always bottom for self sustain.
I can see hunters with spirit bond always ticking beating me but seeing rogues/fury/dks topping meters upwards of half or more of dedicated healing specs doesnt really make sense.
How the hell is anwwerior healing for more than a shaman which is a hybrid class? Funny how you forgot to mention enh shaman as the worse of all the ones you mentioned lol… but yeh I get it… no point in talking about it lol.
agree that hybrid and dps heals should be nerfed to the ground during pvp combat

vast majority of peeps want 1-3 minute matches, not dampening slogs
What about the DPS that don’t rely on self healing for survival? They’ll be indirectly buffed and we don’t really need Rogues and Mages to be buffed more.
Reduce Rogue/Mage synergy
Reduce all spammable CC (Poly/Cyclone/Fear) to 5s duration
Make Blind put target in combat
Reduce Rogue kick silence to 4s to be in line with other melee kicks
Remove Shimmer talent from Fire Mages
remove all cc. remove all heals. remove all defensives. buff burst cooldowns

No, casted spammable cc is fine. You trade off it not being instant by not having a CD on it not duration. Rogue/mage synergy is fine, the specs being overturned and it gimmicky is what sucks.
Fury self healing makes up for arms and prot complete lack of any.

Funny how people redirect true statements bc someone plays “X” class. Come on now you know very well passive dmg mitigation or healing is just making classes into live lords.
I’d be fine with toning down burst dmg but all that passive stuff has to go at the same time or else games would never end. Especially since players aren’t even fully geared… Can’t wait to see how slow the game is with everyone at near 400k HP
