Neither SMS verification or Email code worked

Hi, how are you? I was trying to open a ticket because i was worried my account was compromised because some of my emissaries were being completed without me doing them. I see now that this is an issue you are aware of but during the process of trying to open the ticket the sms verification wouldn’t work. It said i had too many attempts but i think i only tried once with the email and then went to the SMS. Is that too many?

did you happen to get a new phone number at some point, or new phone service?

Ah sorry what i meant was that i got the code but the code didn’t work. It gave me a "This account has tried this too many times " error message.

That’s not an account compromise; that’s an acknowledged bug.
