The negativity in these forums is kinda gross tbh. Every thread is calling for nerfs. It’s all doomsaying. “Wow PVP is Dead”

“Ele shaman should be removed from the game!”
Like, the difference between the attitude on these forums and the in-game playing experience is so wild.
In most of my lobbies, me and the rest of the lobbies are bantering and having a good time with it, even in losses. There’s a brotherhood there and it develops differently every match. Sure, you might get some mean people but you’d get them anywhere else.
You’d think that NOBODY is queuing PVP at all but RSS is poppin off, my queues are 3-4 minutes at like 1600, LFG seems to be fairly healthy. Lots of people also look for partners now in discords as well.
If you’re having such a bad time with the game that you feel like you’re being held back in EVERY lobby by a single overtuned spec then Idk, maybe it’s time to look inward. Maybe you’re not as good as you think you are? Because plenty of non-meta specs have reached 2.8k+ in RSS.

Sure, I think you’re right about some of the posts but trolls are easy to spot. Some of these posts are like, genuinely just low-rated people that aren’t learning the game correctly and blaming their Ls on everything but themselves.
It’s been like this for a long time, not just WoW forums but really any video game forum has posts like this almost non stop.

Yeah but it’s bad players projecting at their own failures to be good.
You just learn to ignore it and move on to the posts where normal people exist.
I’ll prob end up running over these players when my 1 week vacation is over and I can play my BDK :x. That’s when the real posts start.
I mean like anecdotally. I’ll compliment people for cool stuff they did, they’ll compliment me. We’ll banter back and forth.

In my short Shuffle career of 200 - 250 rounds, I don’t think i’ve ever seen a single tank lol. I forgot they even existed.

Ngl this is what makes PvP very antisocial for me, I personally don’t even type or communicate much with people cause I don’t want to get reported or something if I say the wrong thing accidentally lol.
I’m still waiting for a human to explain to me why calling people apes in soloq is 1 week ban worthy over just a 1 week mute.
Guess I’ll never know though.

It sucks it has to be that way but the whole report system being automated is some dystopian stuff, you can get banned and never see a human review the entire time on your case.
Even GM responses are automated out.
Aren’t you contributing to the negativity by making a thread that is inadvertently negative?
