Negative Trader's Tender

I had 550 traders tender yesterday after buying items after completing the monthly, and now I am sitting at -1000 tenders. I feel this is a bug.

Ran into similar today. Got 100 traders tender, went to check out the items and was at -50 after being around 1200 last night. Big sad. Hopefully this gets sorted.

Walked into the trading post and saw i had -450 tender then after UI reset and nothing was fixed i clicked my stash to collect 100 tender so now at -350.

I also experienced this issue. Hopefully blizz fixes whatever happened and give us our tenders back

Also happened to me. Collected the chest with pet and most of the task tenders, then went to look at the vendor and I’m sitting at - 825 balance.

Similar happened last night, down to -50 after collecting 100.

same at -500 now

Just got a ticket response confirmation from Blizz that this is a bug and they are working on it but do not have an ETA yet on the fix. Not sure why they won’t pop on the forums and give people an update, however.

Jumping on here, I had 1000 tender left last night, logged in down to 300 now out of the blue.

I had the same Problem for the last 3 days. Maybe 4 it showed that I had 25 in the positive. I picked up my stuff and then I was negative 325. It’s very annoying blizz hopefully we’ll fix this soon

This happened to me a few weeks ago during the Nov trading post. Bought both of the mounts and still had some tender left. Logged in a few days later and was -600 traders tender. I contacted support, and I encourage others to do the same.

-325 here after coillecting 400 when i alrdy had a bunch too.

Went from 625, finished the Traveller’s Log, now I’m at 225. Sent a support ticket, really hope this will be reversed.

i put in a ticket, as well, all i got was an automated reply

"Hello Adventurer!

With our ticket queues being extremely busy, and in the interest of saving you some time, we are sending you this automated reply with some resources that should help resolve the issue. If the issue persists, please get back to us"

that was the response from my ticket. i miss the days when they had a customer service hotline, i hate automated customer service

I was -500 beginning of the month… now it is down to -200 :confused:

Got this response as well, with confirmation my tenders could not be restored.

Very disappointing. I’m at 225 from 625; wonder what this will mean for those in the negatives next month.
