Feels like I got scammed for buying the epic edition of the new expansion. The main reason I bought it was for the tenders and now I’m missing over 1k I think. Awesome.

I am -325 as well. They told me it was balance catching up to my over spending at some point. but couldn’t provide details of how or when or what.
The “overspending” response makes so sense at all; overall the responses to this issue are pretty abysmal, I’m more shocked than I usually am at how this is being handled.
I also got the response they could not see where I had earned tenders, only where I had spent them.

Also stuck on negative trader’s tender balance (-400). If I overspent (no idea how?) is there any way to revert that? I wouldn’t have spent that much if I’d known there was a bug with overspending

Hate to miss the pet, but I was at negative -650 and did a bunch of quests, now at +150. No way to make up the difference, I guess? They should just give everyone 1000 tender and move on.
I also had the same experience. Maybe that was where the bug happened!!

350, collected 100, down to 250, this is the second time I’ve lost 100 tender, last time put me in the negatives.

Same here, friend. i had -900 and when I finished my January Trade’s post I got 1500 but minus 900, so I only got 600 ;*(
