Needed a reason to quit

again i cant connect and ive tried everything, i have finally uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. I cant write a ticket because i cant figure that technical stuff you want from me the trace and what not. this is not just to rant this is to let blizzard know that i havent been about to get help so its time to move on

Could you be a little more specific? What are you trying to connect to, are you getting any error codes?

What do you mean by “you can not log in” specifically. I see you posted in technical support, but give no specifics. The support pages include instructions on how to gather the needed information.

oh and i forgot how do i get a refund for unplayed game to and the expansion im not going to play now?

That doesn’t really answer the question, but any refunds your account is eligible for can be found here. Bear in mind that they are under no obligation to deliver. All digital sales are final.

If you are having trouble getting a trace route so we can help troubleshoot, Joe, there are guides and others on the Tech Support forum and even in this one, can likely help.

Providing a bit of information tends to help a good deal.

You can submit a ticket for a refund if you prepurchased Shadowlands. It’s through the Support Site and fairly straight forward.

We don’t tend to provide refunds for unused game time but it if was just purchased, it can be looked into.

Just wasted Two Vessels in Visions , Got disconnected 4 times was not able to finish 2 out of 3 vessels due to disconnections. I’m livid mad. Wasting hours grinding essences only to have this happen . The DC’s have been non stop lately . Im ready to give this expac a break , its really not fun .

For connection issues, you’ll want to follow up with Tech Support. They can help to identify where the issue might be. It’s very possible that it’s somewhere between your computer and the Blizz servers.

BTW guys i decided i want to try to play again and i still cannot connect via wifi. you would think blizzard would have some guidance on this by now an even a fix. ?

It depends on what kind of wifi you are using. In general though, if you have issues, the first fix with wifi is to try a hard connection and see if the problem exists. Wifi can have a lot of things that interfere with the signal.

We can certainly help you troubleshoot, Joegrifter, but it isn’t really within our scope to teach you the ins and outs of setting up your internet connection.

If you need help setting up your wifi it would be best to contact your internet provider. For specifically connecting to the game, I’d recommend visiting our Technical Support forum with an idea of what your issue is so the folks there can help better troubleshoot.
