We’ll hear more sometime after 11.2 launches.

So August or September.

You’re depressing me I might have to eat an entire bag of mint oreos now.

That’s too far away.

That’s just what the roadmap says :frowning:

11.1.5 is April 22nd (Update to the Guild Name Change Service), so we should see 11.1.7 sometime in June or July, so 11.2 would be August or September. 11.2 has to be out before Brewfest (September 20th) since there’s a Brewfest update in that patch. That would make the latest date for 11.2 September 16th.

Ghostlands is still one of my favorite zones in WoW. To see it updated… I CAN NOT WAIT.

It’s not exactly Midnight, but I have a real pretty picture of the Timeways.

I’ll share it when I get off work here in a bit.

Pretty? Depends on the monkey’s paw effect if we’re bringing the void to the elves. :robot::magic_wand:

I’m just praying they don’t nuke a beloved zone. I’m okay with it if they do it ā€œArdenweald-styleā€ where certain areas become corrupted, but if they ruin all of Quel’Thalas and/or blow up Silvermoon, I’ll be very sad. :[

I think they learned from how much we hated it the last time they did something like that though, so I don’t think they’ll make that mistake again. Probably.

I can’t see this happening… it will likely be the main city hub for the expansion. Roleplayers have dreamed of the day that it gets updated. Blizzard would take a massive L from the whole of Wyrmrest Accord and Moon Guard for that affront.

im pretty sure they learned since bfa when they would make large changes to zones and you can go back through bronze dragon to old zone. no need to fret

i cant wait for the remakes of silvermoon weapons

I’m not optimistic Quel’thalas will start the expansion unscathed. We know the void is coming for the Sunwell, so I think we’ll see some destruction on the Isle of Quel’danas or Silvermoon, but in exchange get a partially healed Ghostlands.

I’d do anything for that 1 handed long glaive and shield that the Silvermoon City guards use. I would never play anything but a blood elf prot paladin again.

OR Lady Liadrin’s sword and shield but in the blood knight traditional red and black colors.

PLEASE BLIZZARD, I BEG OF YOU :dracthyr_cry_animated:

Still putting money on part of Quel’thalas being sucked through a wormhole to outer space where Ka’resh and other destroyed worlds are revolving around the black-hole body of Dimensius the All-Devourer.

That doesn’t really matter to RPers sadly, as we only care about the current timeline—since that’s the one our characters are living in. But I think you’re right that they won’t drop the ball again with another beloved elf starting zone.

Definitely not tbh—I’m just hoping it’s not catastrophic! But we’ll almost certainly see some damage done from the void.

I’ll take any and all destruction!

As promised:

So some context: I used a Blizzard Stone in Undermine. Against all logic it starts snowing. I’m happy, I always think the snow looks nice.

Then realized it ended up sticking around. I couldn’t get rid of it so it was just all snow, all the time. Didn’t know how to get rid of it but also didn’t want to?

I was entering the Timeways to warp somewhere and turns out it was snowstorming in there. Think it’s the effect as you’re entering the ā€˜end’ of the dungeon in Dawn of the Infinites. It was downright beautiful.

The effect eventually faded and I have never been able to replicate it since, but I’m happy I was able to get that screenshot before it did.
