I have a account using the email address of email1. I have had this account since I started playing. I am going to be moving soon, and wanted to updated my email address as Comcast (Xfinity) is not a provider in the area I am moving to.
Today I tried to update my email address to email2, in preparation for my move. This is an email address I have used for over a decade now. When I try to update, I get an error saying that this email address is already in use. When I try to use the Contact Support system, it gives me the run around saying:

If there are any games on it - likely not. You could put in a ticket to ask - but if you can log in, you should be able to assign it a different email. Emails can only be used once per account at a time.
Well, I did change the email address, and that let me correct the email on my account. So I guess I will just go with that. I was now able to make the change I wanted and verify my email.
