Is it possible to get support on Anniversary server Nightslayer?
I (the healer) ran BRD last night and a hunter looted a healing wand while trying to pick up Heart of the Mountain at the vault boss. For some reason, there isn’t a loot timer on the dungeon drops anymore. They felt so bad about it too 
I have the character’s name and asked them to hang on to the wand, just in case. I need a hero.
Unfortunately a GM wont swap loot.
It is extremely unlikely that a GM will swap the loot, but if you want to try, the person who looted the healing wand on accident would have to be the one to put a ticket in and explain the situation.
I’d prepare yourself to be told no, since the GMs are VERY hands-off when it comes to loot, especially loot that is easily (relatively, anyways) found again. Still, there are moments of rare exceptions that do happen once in a while.

Classic dungeon loot has never been tradable, and typically GMs will be completely hands off, which is policy, however you can always have the hunter put a ticket in, but don’t get your hopes up.
