Need some help understanding Ven'ari Reputation

So I’m a bit confused here…

I just reached Ambivalent reputation with Ven’ari as shown in this screenshot and I’ve done the quest Rule 6: Concealment is Everything, which is only available when you reach Ambivalent.

But when I try to buy any of the reputation rewards I should have just unlocked, which according to this wowhead guide requires Ambivalent reputation:

I can’t buy any of the rewards because it says I require ‘ambivalent reputation or higher’ which I already have:

Is there something that I’m missing? Or is this a bug I need to report?

Did you recently reach this reputation level, Carhagen? Have you tried logging out and back in since you have?

You may also try resetting your User Interface.

I tried reloading my UI, but I’ll try logging in and out again and see if that fixes things.

Okay, logging out and back in seems to have done the trick. A bit annoying that I had to do that, but at least I can buy the reputation items now. Thank you Vrakthris.
