100%. I find it kind of silly that I got the delve META done in less than a week with minimal effort.
Aye! Glad you stayed. I just hope they keep expanding on it. The fact the achievement tab is separated by xpac has me hyped for more.

it is. the problem is that everyone thinks they’re above average. and when the game tells them otherwise, it’s “overtuned”.
I am the epitome of average in my opinion.
That’s why I’m shocked about so many complaints when it comes to difficulty.
That means you’re probably not the true average in wow. Although I have my doubts there is any way to find a “true average” player… Maybe a median level of in game accomplishments might be possible to identify with enough data, but even this speaks nothing of actual ability since so many achievements and content completions can be bought.
Or people say this because they enjoy the content that they enjoy and don’t want to feel the need to do content they don’t like to improve their gear to overgear the content they do like which is actually enjoyable to some (to overgear and demolish the content they enjoy). You don’t have to triple anything. Gear should be easy but time consuming. Nobody is asking for delves to gear as fast as other content. Accessibility to get to those levels though should be given to all. Accessible top end gear gives less skillful people a chance at clearing higher content than they could have before which increases their playtime. Gear is a means to complete the content and achievements, not the reward. Giving the less skillful people myth gear once a week out of vault would only be a bigger reason for casual players to engage more in the game…which gives more money to blizzard…which causes them to provide better product…making everyone benefit.
They don’t, otherwise they wouldn’t complain about how it’s set up.
You have the accessibility. You just won’t use it. Groups are going all the time for the rewards you’re after
Know what else increases play time? Playing and trying to get better.
No, gear is the reward. Skill is the means to complete the content and achievements.
Take gear out of the equation and give everyone a template so their “gear” is the same. How do you bet that content and get the achievements then?
Yeah except they’re not going to engage in the game “more”. Not in played time as I can log in once a week, do what’s needed to get my myth gear for the week and log out until next week when I’m going for the same thing.
There’s multiple avenues to get the better gear and “access” to the different forms of content people aren’t doing. But they don’t do it because they don’t want to. The gear is there, they just won’t go for it. Giving them the gear for free isn’t suddenly going to make them go do it. People have been pretty adamant about that.
They wanted CHALLENGING SOLO CONTENT so they could stay within their little bubble of the game but receive better gear (for whatever reason). No one is asking for more ways to jump into m+ as there’s already plenty of ways.
People are just wanting the gear.
lol but in ten characters
I’m good with ilvl600, honestly. I have no aspirations beyond that this season.
Lol why do you care about being a “second class citizen” if you play by yourself
unfortunately the vocal minority thinks delves are swell and there’s nothing wrong with the progression. yet you can’t get into heroics from normals and you can clear delve8 with green pvp gear.
meanwhile people who full clear a normal raid get worse loot in vault than doing 2 delves.
because delves were supposed to be “solo progression” instead it’s just “easily get 616 gear and do nothing with it besides kill an overtuned delve beta boss while they figure out brann balance”
I’d chalk it up to people complaining to complain.
They walked into it undergeared, got stomped, then ran to the forums lol.
Is for solo players, they get gear to do what they always done in previous expansion. I dont know what that is, but they always claim they wanted gear so there you go.
ITS DEAD!
Will collate some feedback and write something for people trying it.
Heck yea! I just started leveling my spriest too lol.
I wondered why tiers 9 through 11 didn’t reward extra ilvl in the vault or bountiful delves. I was disappointed to find out that we can’t get any access to the myth track in delves even if we do the harder tiers… why even do anything beyond tier 8 if there are no extra ilvl for the extra time/effort? Even hero track armor is somewhat rare in delves if you don’t have maps or can’t get them…
I much prefer solo play against the whole m+/raid scene so I would love to have the change. I don’t like the mentality of “You can only get the better armor if you are with other people”.
Because designing relevant difficulty in a solo environment is significantly more difficult to do than it is in a group one because a huge amount of WoW’s difficulty lies in coordination.
