Need my mail cleared for brew of the month

I have read some threads saying that they have invisible main from brew of the month and cannot transfer their characters im experiencing im sure the same ol thing cant transfer due to mail that is not really there Anyone know of a trick to get it resolved… Looks like i wont be able to transfer for awhile my ticket says itll be days before they respond.

Not sure how you classified your ticket, but it should go under the “Purchase Failure” category. With it being a higher priority queue than just the general game issues, they tend to be handled relatively quickly.

Also, whatever time you’re seeing, it’s not for your ticket specifically. It’s an estimation based on the oldest ticket in the system.

It’s the most appropriate category since the mail is keeping you from using the service you purchased. A lot of folks tend not to think of it as a failure since the purchase itself didn’t fail - just actually using the token is being held up.
