I got a brand new computer and trying to install Bnet app on my new system…but I can’t get past putting in a authenticator code cause I lost my phone …I have no access to any phone right now…I need to remove it so I can do a install of the game.
I tried your web site but it keeps giving me a error in the final step to remove the auth…I have tried 3 times now and keep getting an error…I need the auth removed …
You are going to need an Authenticator code, or SMS text method using your phone to remove it on your own.
Seeing as you can’t do that, you are going to have to put in a ticket to Blizzard, proving you are the account holder, and asking them to remove it for you. Usually they ask you to answer a set of questions these days.
I strongly suggest a malware and virus check first!
Its a brand new computer now how would it have any virus or malware …I just got the thing…as I said I have no phone and can’t get one for a few weeks now.
Look I got the email from a GM to answer a bunch of questions which I did and sent back with my answers and still nothing its going on two days now and still can not get this auth removed from my account it keeps coming back error code 135b2b01-a993-45c4-863b-df145eac1967 if I try to remove it though your website and that its your fault not mine.
The only way I can response now is on this laptop which is on its last leg now…if it goes down I’ll have no way to contact though the forums…
Just so were clear any email sent to the donotreply literealy goes no where it has to be done via ticket which u can create a new account and reference the account with authenticator that needs to be removed with the answeres to there questions.
