How do you turn in a ticket for help with a problem in game. I’ve hunted all over and can’t seem to find it. I would like to get some help with a problem or move me back a couple of days. To see if that would fix my problem.
Your best bet is to head over to the Customer Support forum and post what the issue is you’re having and ask them for a ticket path, if one is available for your issue.

Thank you. A lot has changed in the 5 year break I took. You use to could turn in a ticket in game.
You still can, but it’s best to know what the situation is first, get the correct ticket path if there’s one available for your situation. I don’t want to see you end up in the generic category for the issue you’re having.
It’s also possible that if you tried to get to it in game and only got articles, it might be for an issue that GMs can’t handle and then maybe CS can help you out with it.

It is an Information Desk to help folks navigate the Support system/ticket system, explain policies, explain account services, etc.
There are no GMs or CS folks there, but the Forum Support Agents (blues) can take a look at things and see if they are in the right bucket, or if there is a better path the player needs to take.
This assumes the person is being polite, which is the best way to ask for help. Going off on rants, making accusations, going into conspiracy theories, being nasty to people - the tends to get push back. If people are polite they end up with a pretty good outcome - or at least the most accurate info that can be given on the situation.
Heads up on this. They can not roll your character back. That is not a function in WoW other than for character services like transfers. A snapshot is taken before the service and they can revert to that in some cases. If this is a bug, GMs don’t handle bugs and the Devs don’t let them fix things with super rare exceptions. Bugs are fixed by Devs in the hotfixes and patches. To report a bug you use the Bug Report forum or the in-game bug report tool.

I end up going to option in game then interface and clicked default and that cured the problem.
