There is no way to hurry things along. They will get to it when it is your turn. Posting here will not push things faster.
You do not jump ahead because your in a hurry. Even when and if you get a refund it can take 4 to 5 days to go though.
Some purchases do not qualify for refunds and others very time sensitive

About Blizzard Refunds:
Most refunds are automatic if your account qualifies and is within the Refund Policy. All you have to do is use the Support menu to request a refund and it is automatically granted to the account. The money transfer back to your account depends on the bank policy but can range from a few days to 10 days.
You only need a GM ticket for a refund if you don’t meet the Refund Policy requirements or have some other odd flag on your account such as other recent refunds, account actions, etc.
Games can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not played more than 2 hours or used any associated extras. Subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase as long as NONE of the game time has been used yet.

I’m so sorry about my wrong paid. because I c there some website have cheaper sell after I paid in our ways. I just paid it 1day less then 48 hours. and order is US1263818249. ty guys help me refund it. ty plz. and then I can buy it though other way cheap. ty ty ty ty.
Just informing you that if you’re trying to buy “cheaper” on keysites or otherwise, they may scam you and in those cases Blizzard will not be able to help you out.

If you don’t buy something directly from Blizzard, chances are high that what you are buying is a scam or fake. There are criminals who use stolen credit cards to buy game keys and sell them. When the card owner reports it stolen, the game key is cancelled. You would not get your money back.
Never use shady third party websites to try to get a “deal”.

Depending on what you purchased, you may be eligible to use the Blizzard Self-Refund system. There are limitations on what can be refunded - within 14 days of purchase, unused items like character boosts, and less than 2 hours of playtime.
To use the self refund system take the following steps:

- Log in: to your Blizzard account on the Blizzard Entertainment website.
- Navigate to Support: Click on “Support” from the main menu.
- Go to Payments: Select the “Payments” or “Account” section, then look for “Refunds”.
- Find Your Purchase: The system will display a list of recent, self-refundable purchases on your account.
- Select and Submit: Choose the item you wish to refund and follow the on-screen prompts to submit the request.
If what you are trying to refund doesn’t show up on the self refund system, it’s likely not eligible for a refund and you will have to wait for your ticket to be reviewed.

You have not said what you purchased yet. Did you buy the Pre-purchase of Midnight with Battlenet Balance?
If you just bought Balance then that is only refundable to real money if you did not spend it on anything.
We’ll refund purchases of Blizzard Balance and ‘Purchased Virtual Currency’ within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven’t spent the currency yet.
You spent Battlenet Balance on a game expansion (I think). IF you qualify for a refund, you will only get Battlenet Balance back. You will not get real money.
You are going to have to wait for a CS agent to get to your ticket. There is a line of other people also waiting who were there first. The forums can not help you skip the line.

No one here replying in this thread can give you a refund. We are all players, except for users who post in blue. They are Support Forum Agents, and Blizzard employees, but they cannot issue you a refund.
Your ONLY option is to be patient a little longer and wait on your ticket.
Edit: as others have said, be very wary of purchasing keys from key reseller sites. They can be very shady and not legit and Blizzard will not refund or help with a botched order from a different website.
