Need help but can't even create a ticket!

One of my characters got randomly disconnected and when I try to log back in, it disconnects instantly as I get in. I’ve waited over 15 minutes but it’s still the same problem. I have no problems logging in with any other toons.

I tried to create a ticket but either the support webpage is loading forever and stuck, or I follow a help link which ends with no contents showing on the webpage. This is just ridiculous!

Can a GM contact me in game and transplant my stuck toon into some other location so it maybe stops crashing?

Maddof, not to be blunt, but you have been in this forum long enough to know that there are no Game Masters here. They can only be contacted using the Support link at the top of the page.

Are you unable to use the self-service option? Click continue on that page and wait for it to load a list of your characters, then select the appropriate one and follow the prompts. It may require trying a couple different browsers, but Opera was working perfectly yesterday.

They’ve changed (for the worse) the ticket creation page. You can’t even do it any more in-game.

Why not? It just took 20 seconds to populate a list to choose from.

ESC > Support > Contact Support (at the top of the dialog that opens) > In-Game Issues > Character Problem > Stuck Character Service. You can choose to move the character you can’t log into from another character.

Well, it’s not really a stuck character, it’s disconnecting at log in.

It usually boils down to an issue in the specific area you’re in. As you aren’t able to log into the character and move it, they are essentially stuck. Connectivity issues would affect a larger number of your characters, possibly even all of them if it’s severe enough.

Do you happen to have any firewall or antivirus software you could temporarily disable while trying? They have a tendency to be a little overzealous at times.

Perhaps overlay programs running like from Nvidia, Razer, or Discord? Those can just be closed outright.

No. I’ve never had any issues before. They’re probably having a lot of problems on their end right now with the prepatch and preparation.

Since you are having issues with the automatic service, have you tried submitting a direct ticket for stuck character?

Just for the record, a character in a condition it cannot log in is indeed considered ‘stuck’.
