Need Character Unstuck

My character fell through the world in The Ringing Deeps. Every time I log in I’m instantly disconnected, still under the world. I scanned and repaired game files. The Character Stuck Service is not working for me on two different browsers after cookies and cache have been cleared.

The character’s name is Endrada-Thrall.

I’m not sure where else to post or what else to do. Someone please help me fix this, as I apparently can’t do it on my own.

Probably a known issue by now but even the channel for a proper ticket does not seem to be working :frowning: “You can’t submit this ticket”. I’ve been doing everything I can to ensure is not a problem on my end so I guess it may be due to the high spike of stuck people, all trying to do the same? Which I could understand, but the lack of a proper statement regards something so many people seem to be going through is a bit frustrating.

Also having this exact disconnecting issue and unable to log a ticket. Attempted different browsers/incognito and logging a “blank” ticket to no success.

Just a question, that link leads to ticket whose description says the process is automated.

Is that text an error?

To my understanding, it opens as an option to put in a web ticket if you use the self help while it’s in cooldown. Stuck tickets are generally given a bit more priority.

I think that is the web ticket itself.

I just tried submitting it as a test, and it didn’t lead to the automated system.

Were you able to get the ticket submission to go through? I know it was throwing up errors earlier.

Yep, it went through.

I was able to see it in “My tickets” and was able to cancel it.

Are people saying theirs are fixed? When I last tried this morning it still would not let me stay connected. Had the same flying into Ringing Deeps. I did try doing a ticket in the weblink (because the stuck player kept saying it was down), but have not heard a response.
