I just got an email that I’ve been suspended for the first time in I don’t know how long but it doesn’t say why and I can’t open a ticket regarding it to talk to a GM. Anyway a GM could live chat with me and help?
Live chat isn’t available for appeals. Your only option is to put in a ticket:

Edit to add: The email you received should have given a category for the reason of the account action though. They don’t tend to get into specifics beyond that.
Update - Appeal got a response and it said nothing about why. Are there any GM’s on that can help me out beyond an automated message?
Clarity - It was an automated response that said it wouldn’t be looked into.
There are no GMs here on the forums. The best that a Blue here could tell you is to put in an appeal. They aren’t going to give you more information than what was in the email they sent you about the account action.
Appeals don’t receive automated messages. They often send templates though, as there is no need to type out “suspension upheld” or “suspension overturned” 20 different ways.
They do not typically expand on the reason for the action beyond giving you a general category. They will for certain things, sometimes. If you were told the general category in the original e-mail and share it, we can tell you what types of things are included in that.
You can appeal it again as well - another set of eyes will take a look at it. Generally they will check it 2-3 times before telling you it is over and stop appealing.
What was the exact text of the message? Was it that the action was upheld? Or was it a general template for common issues, directing you to the forums or Wowhead for information?
The action being upheld is not at all automated. They reviewed it and it was upheld. Unless you have exhausted your appeals and the message said the matter is considered closed.
If you received the one directing you to the forums or Wowhead, then you can reopen that ticket.
Did you get an email to your registered address? In that e-mail, they give you a category, such as scamming, or third-party software. That’s likely the most they will tell you.
I’m not a Game Master, nor do Game Master’s post on our forums, but I can provide a little insight.
The action was due to an ongoing harassment report where you were circumventing the ignore option. If someone places you on ignore, I’d recommend not continuing to contact them through another character.
