i am at the catch up, i finished the void forge and bought 1, NOTHING SHOWED IN CURRENCY so i kept going, reading on google that it would be mailed.

i did this the second i completed the void forge and made a ticket about it… stating that i would buy them and get nothing….

i couldnt sleep becuse of this and logged back on at may 9th at 5:45 to see if i got any….

i have 6 and my guild told me there’s a quest to get 2 more…

i made a ticket explaining all this i great detail and its like the person didnt read anything i said, they just looked at logs PROVING there’s a HUGE BUG..

this is what the ticket said

We’ve taken a close look at your account and character activity, including the purchase history and quest completion records. Based on the logs, your character successfully obtained Nebulous Voidcores as intended. Specifically, our records show that you received two Nebulous Voidcores on two separate occasions, each time after spending 5,000 gold, for a total of four Voidcores obtained through purchases.
In addition, the quest “Nebulous Voidcore: Voidlight” was completed on May 9, 2026 at 05:43, which granted two more Nebulous Voidcores. This brings the total to six, which is the maximum number that can be obtained. All of these acquisitions are showing as completed successfully, with no errors or losses recorded on the system side.

ummm what this person is claiming did not happen… i mean who would do this? if you just finished the void forge wouldnt you buy yours right away?

why log on 9 hours later and then buy then and log off?

Well vrak and orlyia can take a look in the morning but setting the bar they will probably tell u the same thing.

Double check your currencies tab. It would be under the Midnight tab and then expand the Season 1 currencies and you should see it there.

How’re you determining you are missing the currency? We need to verify certain steps have been taken to both view and access the voidcore.

There should be two indicators:

  1. Currency list
  2. Pop-up when it’s possible to roll for a bonus item

As Jeysca mentioned, it is listed under the Season 1 branch as ‘Nebulous Voidcore’.

On looting (I think … I can’t remember the specific trigger) a key chest or raid boss, you should receive a pop-up indicating it’s possible to roll for a bonus item.

If you want to minimise any possible disruption, you will want to:

  1. Complete a full UI reset (reversible)

If you want to verify the bug exists, you will want to:

  1. Complete a full UI reset
  2. Verify the currency is missing
  3. Verify the pop-up is not appearing

Full UI reset

  1. Completely exit game
  2. Deactivate addon managers.
  3. Delete the Cache folder
  4. Move or rename the WTF and Interface folders
  5. Log back in

The UI reset is reversible by restoring the original WTF and Interface folders. Full instructions are visible at:

I’m confused about this whole post. The maximum number of Nebulous Voidcores that can be obtained as of this week is 6. You say you have 6. The GM confirmed you obtained 6.

There is no 6 plus a quest to get 2 more.

I don’t understand the problem.

The max right now is 6. If you have 6, then you already got the “2 more” for that quest. On Tuesday you will be able to do a quest for another “2 more,” bringing you to 8 for the season.
