Naxxramas in Wrath was meant to allow the player base to actually go through Naxx. It was a content that the dev team put a lot effort back than and less than 0,4% of the player base cleared it and few than 1% experienced it.
At same time they wanted players to get into Naxxramas and enjoy the content, they also didn’t want it to feel overwhelmingly difficult, in special for being an entry raid.
If you are here today saying that Naxx was too easy, please, before you reply, do it in your Retail character with your The immortal achievement + Glory of Raider 25 man.
Otherwise, I would suggest you to just stay silent. You can’t come in here and crap on the content that you haven’t cleared and haven’t show that you mastered it.
And yet, if you are here also to say that the current Naxx (after the 30% tuning) is too easy, please also do in your main character. Let us go through your logs and see how sweat you are with your day 1 clears and achievements as well, showing us that you have mastered everything.
For all the other content enjoyers, rejoice as raids are back and we’re having fun.
For those who aren’t having fun, I can only feel sorry for you (but I really don’t).
Think 3d Sarth would be a better milestone than The Immortal, but I do agree some people are being overly negative and should just chill out and enjoy the game. They’ll have plenty of difficulty when Ulduar rolls round.
And we will have the exact same scenario of p1 and p2 of TBC. People complaining about how easy P1 is followed by people complaining about how difficult p2 is. People like to vent.
3d Sarth back then was not really a milestone. The immortal required 100% concentration from everyone and attention in the raid. A single death even in trash mobs would cost the achievement.
Sarth 3d was done with burn strat that the whole “challenge” became a joke, no wonder why they buffed this time to avoid it.
People that are expecting some super hard fights in Classic are wild. 15-year-old content, which has been grinded for a decade for a whole lot of folks isn’t ever going to be hard outside of tuning to border impossible.
And if we’re expecting them to entirely remake raids to be harder … at that point go raid in retail
Immortal (And Undying) only require not dying to boss fights, can die as much as you want on trash.
I believe that the consensus is that 3d is the hardest part of Glory of the Raider, and that was before the anti zerg strats were implemented. Disappointingly neither seem to be out of reach in pre-raid bis. The dedicated few might end up being the most difficulty part of the achievement due to people getting pissed about not being brought to it for the first go.
You’re wrong.
You couldn’t die anytime within the raid.
They changed the similar achievement for Ulduar to only require not dying during boss encounters.
They changed it for wrath classic now.
Right now, the 3d Sarth is.
The burn strat is simply not feasible anymore as you can’t burn him before the dragons arrive anymore.
Since you asked to do it on the retail toon with the Immortal and OS3D achievement.
Yes Naxx is too easy, it was not that easy back then, trash was hitting a lot harder and took a lot longer to kill, right now Naxx 25 is easier than heroic dungeons.
It’s probably due to the fact we have the 3.3.5 tuning, but that is easier than any LFR boss i’ve ever done, except for Patchwerk, and well, still need 2 priests that know what they are doing for Razuvious.
