Naxxramas Achievement Rewards to Remain Available Throughout Wrath Classic

And 0 social life

Yeah, why not. I don’t see why those have to be special, just let everyone be able to get them.

Imagine linking parses thinking anyone cares. This dude shows up to a job interview with his parses printed out. “As you can see I care deeply about things no one else does”

Add the black proto-drake to the BMAH on retail. Someone post it to general!

They better make it so im not forced to use ULD gear for Herald of the titans or removing mims head or rains from HLK. I want to farm it after the fact on alts and dont feel like working for it or farming. I dont want old style world of warcraft I want retail with wrath raids and easy rotations :upside_down_face:

J. Allen Brack “You think you do but you don’t”

Not a fan of this change. People will come back with ICC 25m gear just to get one of the best titles in the game. Sure let them get the mount but at least keep the title for people who actually put in the work when it was current content.

Yes those 1 hour raids REALLY take away from my social life.

What a dweeb.

True, but the Ulduar achievements going forward did have an iLvL cap. Why not put one in for Naxx as well?

They don’t.

The ironbound proto drake meta achievement has no Item Level requirements.

The only one that does have a requirement is for a specific title, and they also have a different one for getting “immortal” but that has no item level requirement either.

No item level restriction. For Proto Drake (Similar to naxx drake achievement.)

None here either. (Similar to Immortal achievement.) But I think this one is easier, as they don’t need to be done in the same lockout.

You’d be surprised how hard it is for someone not to follow basic instructions and ruin an Immortal/Undying run. In my 25 man group there are two people that even this late in the game die to Thad’s positive/negative charge thing.

Whenever that happens anymore I just roll my eyes and continue to pew pew.

Sorry. Didn’t realize it would even be that hard for you. I won’t try and explain anything to you. I wish you the best, though.

You missed my point about your point, you weirdo

The plagued and black protos look way better than the rusted and ironbound btw

You still have to do the actual achievements albeit a bit more easier with the advent of Ulduar gear (even though the meta achieve is already easy to begin long before ulduar arrives).

I mean you are playing a 15 year old version of WoW where everything is solved and by your logic, anything you do is a participation trophy essentially.

This is wrath so I dont know where you get this from, account wide achievements, pets and mounts came out in Mists.

Also I dont know why people dislike account wide mounts to be honest.

There is a date as to when you earned that achievement, you can flex on how you completed it when it was current but I highly doubt people will care.

The concept of goals, achievements, and rarity.

Why try to do things that have varying levels of difficulty or mild rng elements until you succeed when it becomes vastly easier later? It removes the entire concept of achievements.

Exclusivity is the drive to achieve goals . Without rarity, what are you doing? You obtain the sparkly axe of sparkles after months of trying. It’s finally yours.

A year later, billy gets the sparkly axe of sparkles after 5 minutes and has zero attachment to it or has any care for it because they lack the journey of earning it.

And why do I care about that? That in no way removes what I might have done to get it.

You just don’t get the concept then

Same. Everything left in game is one more thing for people to do. We still do AQ so people can get the bugs, we still do MC so random alts can chase bindings, we still run TK and Kara for mounts. There’s so much more to the game than the latest tier.

Leaving the stuff available just means naxx doesn’t become 100% dead content.

The dates will tell if you got it week 1 or week 60. Letting someone go back later keeps them playing.

Yup. I go after the things that make me happy. Someone else getting it takes nothing from me. I got a mount I wanted? Cool. You got it 3 tiers later? Cool, now we both have it! My self worth isn’t determined by pixels. Regardless of timeframe I still say grats when someone gets something they’ve been chasing.
