Also, in sunwell we were at amazingly high power levels with haste, crit, hit, expertise, mana regen, armor pen, all that good stuff.
A player in greens and blues wont even be hit capped let alone expertise capped and crit/haste/AP soft capped. The two are not the same, and if you think they are… well I can’t argue with stupid.
Im just repeating what he said, “3 days of grinding but we finally made it boys”.
Yeah, you are.
This was never going to happen if you had to work 50+ hours, go to cheerleading whatever for your daughter and all the other stuff you claimed and now your story is changing to “I had off” so you no lifed WoW. You have no right to tell others that you did all this stuff and people dont have an excuse.
Thats the entire quote not out of context. Not only that but you are saying that there is no excuse for that person to not be where you are because you do this and bragging about where you are in game despite all this time spent outside of game.
I was under 30 minutes away from server first. I was 3rd or 4th on my server to hit 80. I did it in 1 day. I had Monday off and played till I hit 80, and it was still monday when I dinnged lol. Tuesday I didn’t play much my guild needed to catch up,
Wednesday I got home from work, hung with the family, and then did our first heroic world tour, it took us just over 3 hours to do all the dungeons.
Thursday, again got home from work, hung with the family for a bit, then got on and did our 2nd world tour again took us around 3 hours. And at the end of that 2nd world tour I had all my gear minus the sword, 25 badges for a slight upgrade neck, and 1 trinket that I had to go back and do normal HoL for, got lucky and it dropped 1st run.
So 1 full day of hard grinding to get to 80 and a total of 6.5"ish" hours at 80 and i was done gearing, minus doing Heroic Up daily to get the sword to drop.
What part of you can do it in 1 day don’t you get? The world first “other than the guy who exploited” did it in less than 14 hours. I’m finding it hard to see where your brain fails to connect with the fact that IT DOES NOT TAKE LONG
What part of you were telling others that you work 50+ hours a week, go to your daughters football games to watch her cheer and you were able to do all this stuff in game and that real life isnt an excuse dont you understand?
All to find out no no lifed WoW. You have no right to tell people that real life doesnt come into play when you werent working or doing all of that other stuff.
ANd what part of I got to level 80 on my day off are you not understanding? My daughter does not have a football game every day, they are 1 day a week. My daughter is also14 years old and does not require me to be at her side 24/7, she’s quite independant, and mostly hangs with her friends outside of planned family activities. Did your dad hovor over you constantly when you were 14? If so… weird.
Okay ill break down my entire week for you.
Monday - I had the day off of work. Planned in advance.
Tuesday - worked 10 hours with an hour for lunch. Came home hug out with the wife and kid at dinner, watched a show with my wife. “The Black List” if you want to know for some strange reason. Then played wow for a few hours after she got ready for bed.
Wednesday - worked 10 hours, with an hour for lunch. “Pizza day yay”. Came home hung out with the wife and kid for dinner. Watch some more black list, hung out more with the wife if you know what i mean. Got on wow and did our 1st world tour from around 8:30 to midnight. Went to bed.
Thursday - Worked 10 hours, had an hour lunch, taco salad I think that day. Came home, didn’t eat dinner with the fam. Wife was over her moms house visiting, so I ate some leftovers while I played wow and did our 2nd world tour. Wife got home. Finished season 2 of black list, went to bed.
Friday - Went to work as usual, got home at 5, ate with the fam, went to the football game, got home, played for like an hour or so. Did 1 run of Heroic UP, went to bed.
Saturday - Worked until around 7pm that day. Had some emergencies in Fla due to the huricane we needed to take care of, came home, did 1 heroic UP run, hung with the fam, went to bed.
Sunday played on and off all day after church. Watched some football with the fam. “Our Broncos lost to the Raiders… Boo”, hung out with the wife a little more… if you know what I mean… went to bed.
At thsi point, I’m already fully geared, with limited time invested. I don’t know why you think work/life/play balance is so hard to get a grasp on.
Don’t forget that he’s on Pagle and didn’t have to deal with server queues like many of us did. I couldn’t even log in on launch day because Grobbulus had a 6 hour queue.
I never said I didn’t have a day off… show me where I said that. I said, in response to somebody who said only no lifers can be 80 and have full BiS, that his statement was false.
And it is false. I worked my full 50 hour shift, 52 hours actually last week, spent ample time with the fam, and still got 80 and full BiS. All while balancing work/life/play.
100%. If i were still on benny then there is no way I would be 80. By the time I got home I would have a 4 or 5 hour queue. Like I said before, this is 100% the reason my guild transfered off the server.
EDIT: Well I would have been 80… But I would not have had my pre raid BiS.
Why did you change characters? 2 Why are you telling people about your teenage daughter and your daily routine?
The fact is you went after someone for saying that their life, things that are more important, got in their way and you came in saying you do all this stuff and ALSO did wow.
… but you were off so you didnt have real life stuff to worry about. Its the hypocritical nature of what you are saying and how you are acting thats the issue here.
Im not going to read your work week because its irrelevant to what you were telling others.
