bad RNG luck can happen my group hit 80 in 2 days been running HoL so ret can get the axe no luck yet sure theres more examples can use for not having full pre raid BiS

Gear check for Naxx:
Are you still using quest gear from leveling?
- Yes: Hit the AH or do some more heroics until you’ve replaced them.
- No: You’re ready.

Thats why I said minus 1 maybe 2 items. Bad luck is bad luck, but 90% of your gear is via badges and rep.
Pretty sure Naxx was cleared pretty much immediately by groups in quest gear originally right?

My suggestion is, and always will be, to make your own groups if you’re not getting let in. You’re not going to be the only one not decked out in BiS and Naxx has a 10-man mode. Should be pretty easy to form a group.
Naxx is buffed, but you will in no way need full BiS to do it. This is just a thing people talk themselves into. Don’t run with the meta slaves and have a way better time.
(Or do, if that’s your jam, but don’t complain about not getting invited if you’re not parsing 99% :P)
Dude it took me a full week to level and I still played way too much. My damn hand feels ready to fall off. WotLK in your 40’s is way different than WotLK in your 20’s.
Don’t get old, it’s not worth it.

What class? Because 90% of every classes BiS gear comes from Badges or rep rewards.
Me personally, I am almost full BiS so I most likely won’t have this issue, merely stating that it’s going to happen.
If it happens to people who put in 0 effort to get any gear at all then so be it. Gearing is so easy in Wrath that it should be a complete none issue.

Frost DK is a great example of a class that isn’t 90% BiS being badge gear. In fact only 3 pieces that come from Badges are BiS

Enh. theres only 7 pieces of badge gear afaik and thats only if you can get enough badges to buy it all.
I dont want to wear leather or buy boes (yes this technically makes it not bis but its only 2-3 items). So majority of my gear is from dungeons.
Or because of adulting. I’m only 73.
