He’s so unliked as a character. He doesn’t progress the story. He doesn’t really do anything important. He just like the guy in the movie where a main villian is in control and a background villian is cheering on the main villain. Nathanos is the background villian.
Tbh, Tyrande should have killed him, but if they did that, sylvanas fan boys would probably complain. (Sometimes i really just don’t like them)

I second this. He’s also rude as hell. Like he constantly belittles the horde players. Like boy, you do know I’ve killed gods, armies, old gods, fought off Titans, hell I walked up to Death’s door, slapped him around and then later went back and used his weapon shards for AP. I could body you Nathanos.
Recently, I started getting an Illidan vibe from him: cocky, pushy, smug. The very things that made me sick of Illidan by the end of Legion. I’m cool with leaving Nathanos on another planet as well.
Like a broken sword, oh wait, that’s offensive to the sword, because the sword is still more useful than Nathanos

If they’re not gonna kill Sylvannas, the least they can do is kill off her manservant.
I dunno, if Sylvanas gets Deposed as I was assuming she was going to be. Nathanos seems like the only reasonable candidate to actually replace her.
He’s not got much going for him right now, but I find him a hell of alot more likable than Sylvanas.
Yes we can kill nethanos but only if we can kill greymane or the prophet velen. So we can be even

No let them kill Anduin and that way we can have someone take up the throne who will end this war. Someone like Genn or Tyrande or Moira.
Then he can kill both or at least dethrone Anduin
I love Nathanos. To me, he’s the perfect Forsaken and I think he reflects their culture and livelihood very well.
Greymane and Velen are both racial leaders - Nathanos is not.
A better trade-off would be killing someone equally useless and annoying, such as Grand Admiral Jes-Tereth, who is now redundant because of how awesome Jaina is and she’s got the Kul Tirans at her back.
I really like him. He and Greymane are the few remaining characters with actual … character.
killing off a crappy self insert character? Im ok with this, he has been a garbage character from the get go with plot armor so thick it could stop a tank round.
Eh, supposedly he’s the guy who gives the Horde all their missions. So we’d either lose General Wyrmbreath or Cyrus.
I don’t like or hate him, but I get amused after honorbound wqs where he’s overexcited just for me killing something.
I guess that when your side has so many remarkable names in its ranks, the idea of losing someone, no matter how unlikable he is, it’s not a big deal.
But the Horde really doesn’t have that many remarkable names so can we please keep some?
